The Fraser Valley Thunderbirds are a AAA minor hockey organization based in Abbotsford, British Columbia, developing players across the U15, U16, U17 and U18 age groups. For more than two decades the club has been a proud member of the British Columbia Elite Hockey League, giving young athletes from across the Fraser Valley a path to elite-level competition.
Built on a foundation of strong coaching, dedicated volunteers and committed families, the Thunderbirds program has helped advance generations of players toward Junior, collegiate and professional hockey. The club competes out of the Abbotsford Centre and surrounding rinks, fielding teams that consistently challenge for top placement in their respective divisions.
Beyond the results on the ice, the Thunderbirds organization is grounded in community. Local sponsors, parents and alumni continue to support each season, sustaining a tradition of teamwork, discipline and pride that defines what it means to wear the Thunderbirds crest.
